In the 2021 Lohja Housing Fair, ProModi by Aulis Lundell marked the beginning of a new era in modular construction. The goal was to create an accessible, adaptable, easily transportable, and long-lasting low-carbon home.

Truckers’ Spa, Ahola Transport Oy, Naantali Terminal, Finland

The delivery consisted of a custom made Truckers’ Spa module, roof and terrace structures. The structures of the building were based on XMOD modular solution. The exterior claddings were designed in cooperation with Ahola Transport.
