Offsite Manufacturing.

Our production premise comprises of custom engineered roll-forming machines. We manufacture a wide range of steel profiles 0.4mm to 2.0mm and our annual production capacity is 40,000,000m of steel profiles per year. As a result of a long R&D and business activity, Lundell has a wide range of LGS profiles that we produce alongside our flagship Thermo Profile and Lundell Panel™ products.​

Lundell Panel™.

In order to address the ever increasing demand for pre-assembly in the construction sector we have developed a prefabricated light gauge steel non-combustible panelised system, meet the Lundell Panel™.  Suitable for a wide range of applications including; external walls, bearing walls, floors, façade and cladding systems, modular buildings, the Lundell Panel™ exceeds UK building regs and provides a thermally advanced, load bearing, fully non-combustible panelised building system.  This solution has been used in Scandinavia for around 20 years, and has taken the recent accolade of “European Steel Design Award 2023” for the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport extension project, together with “The best sustainable House of the year” – Award 2021 in Lohja, Finland.
